The Fm Records Kft, as the operator of the website www.mestertamas.com (Fm Records Kft, 1146 Budapest, Istvánmezei út 2. C, hereinafter referred to as the Provider), as Controller, undertakes to be bound by the present Privacy Policy. The Controller undertakes that all of its data processing activities are in compliance with the expectations set out in the present Privacy Policy and the laws and regulations in force. The processing activities related to the website www.mestertamas.com are based on voluntary consent. In the case of the name and e-mail address provided by the Subscriber, the purpose of processing is to register the data of the Subscriber and to send important information in the form of newsletters. The Controller may use the data for the purposes of statistics. The Subscriber may prohibit the use of data for the above purpose by unsubscribing the newsletter, regardless of the time of unsubscription. The Controller shall not use the data for purposes other than the ones set out above but shall be entitled to combine them with other databases processed by the Controller. Controller may forward personal data to third parties only with the prior and informed consent of the Subscriber. This shall not apply to those cases of data forwarding, which are mandatory on statutory grounds.

The processing is based on the voluntary consent of the data subject, pursuant to Act CXII on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information and Article 6(1)a of GDPR.

The personal data mandatorily submitted by the Sender of the in the course of filling the contact form shall be the full name, phone number and e-mail address.
Name and duration of processing:
Processing related to the filling of the contact form on the basis of the voluntary, informed and explicit consent of the persons filling the contact form of Fm Records Kft (hereinafter collectively: Senders). Controller shall be entitled to retain the data submitted by the Sender until the revocation of the consent of the Sender.
Notification of Controller re change to personal data:
Subscriber shall be entitled to notify Controller of any changes to the personal data within 15 days by sending an e-mail to webshop@mestertamas.com.
Amendment or modification of the Privacy Policy:
Controller reserves the right to unilaterally amend or modify the present Privacy Policy with the prior notification of the Sender.
Rights of the data subjects in relation to the processing of their personal data:
- Right to information and accesss
The data subjects shall be entitled to request information on the processing of their personal data. The Controller shall, upon request, provide the data subject with information on the personal data concerning the data subject and processed by the Controller, as well as, on the purpose of, grounds for, duration of, processing, as well as the recipients and the purpose of data forwarding. The Controller shall process the request of the data subject within one month at latest and shall send the information to the contact address specified by the data subject.
- Right to rectification
The data subject shall have the right to request the Controller in writing to supplement, rectify or modify any personal data concerning the data subject (e.g. the data subject may change their e-mail address or other contact detail). The Controller shall process the request of the data subject within one month at latest and shall send the notification on the data supplemented, rectified or modified to the contact address specified by the data subject.
- Right to erasure
The data subject shall have the right to request the Controller in writing to erase any personal data concerning the data subject. The Controller may refuse the request for erasure in case the Controller is under statutory obligation to retain the personal data. In case there is no statutory obligation to retain the personal data, the Controller shall process the request of the data subject within 5 days at latest and shall send the notification on the erasure to the contact address specified by the data subject.
- Right to data portability
The data subject shall have the right to request the Controller in writing to receive the personal data concerning the data subject, which the data subject has provided to the Controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the Controller. The right to data portability may be exercised where:
- the processing is based on consent, or
- processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract; and
- the processing is carried out by automated means.
In exercising the right to data portability, the data subject shall have the right to have the personal data transmitted directly from the Controller to another controller, where technically feasible.
- Right to restriction of processing (blocking)
The data subject shall have the right to request the Controller in writing to restrict the processing of the personal data concerning the data subject (by clearly indicating the restriction of processing and by separating them from other data). The restriction shall be in force as long as the reason specified by the data subject necessitates the retention of data. The data subject may obtain the restriction of processing, when, for instance, the data subject considers that the personal data have been processed unlawfully, but these are necessary for the judicial proceedings or administrative procedure launched by the data subject, and therefore requests the Controller not to erase them. In such a case the Controller shall retain the personal data until being requested by the authority or court to disclose such data (e.g. the given submission), and shall erase the personal data following the judicial proceedings or administrative procedure.
- Right to object
The data subject shall have the right to object, in written form, on grounds relating to their particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning them which is based on the legitimate interest pursued by the Controller or a third party (including profiling), or for the purposes of public survey or scientific research (including data forwarding and use).
Storage of the personal data, processing operations:
The IT equipment and data storage solutions of Fm Records Kft are situated at its registered office (1146 Budapest, Istvánmezei út 2. C), and the web storage serving the website is hosted on a server operated by HvDCorps Kft. (registered office: 1101 Budapest, Expó tér 5-7., company registration number: 01-09-738460, VAT number: 13500043-2-41), of which are backups are made to ensure data security.
Legal remedies:
The data subjects may submit their questions related to the processing activities as well as the data subject requests to the Controller at the contact details set out below.
In case of infringement of their right to privacy, data subjects may seek remedy before the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
In case the processing of their personal data is considered unlawful, the data subject may launch judicial proceedings against the Controller. Such civil proceedings shall fall within the competence of the regional courts.
